This mat is inspired by Te Pou Tuarā™ (The supporting pillar) 
Developed as a tool for Te Rau Aroha Alignment Course™, the seven kawakawa hold significant points on the body for healing. 
This mat is 4mm thick, giving it more cushion for comfortability. The organic jute is an eco-friendly option that is great for us and the earth. 
 
A multi-use mat is great for yoga, meditation, breathwork, workshops and gatherings. 
 
Made with organic jute and natural tree rubber.
