How often can I apply the Kawakawa & Tūpākihi Pain Relief Balm? You can apply the balm as often as needed throughout the day. For best results, massage a small amount directly into the affected muscles or joints until fully absorbed. Many customers find it especially comforting to apply before bedtime or first thing in the morning to ease stiffness.
Can I use this balm on bruises or broken skin? This balm is excellent for massaging into the skin over minor, closed bumps or areas of tension to support natural recovery. However, because it contains active botanicals and essential oils, it should not be applied to open wounds, cuts, or broken skin.

Warm: Take a small amount of balm and warm it between your fingers to activate the plant mauri.

The medicine from the doctors were making me more sicker, so I decided no more am returning to what my father taught me as a child "which is what heals our tinana (body) is outside!" Regrettably growing up in this modern world where much of the whenua has been ripped away to make way for progress!
